Late Shows: Our drivers will give you a call upon arrival and wait for 15 minutes from your scheduled pickup time.  If you're over 15 minutes late, give us a call right away so that we can schedule our next available driver.
Cancellation Policy: We request at least a 24-hour advance notice for any trip cancellations.
 

* Wait time rate: For round trips with drop-off locations over 30 miles from our office location in Houston, TX 77015 that require over 15 minutes of wait time, a wait time rate of $25.00 per hour billed in 15-minute increments applies.
** Surcharge rate: For trips with pick-up addresses over 100 miles from our office location in Houston, TX 77015, a surcharge rate of $2.75 per mile for each mile over 100 applies.
